I lead organic and medicinal chemistry projects with multidisciplinary teams. My aim is to provide our clients with excellence in science and deliverables that meet their expectations in terms of quality and deadlines. Also, I advise and support them throughout our collaboration with us. On a day-to-day basis, I manage a team of chemists, ensuring they work in an environment that is in line with their needs while respecting safety and Edelris' values. As part of the team, I also spend time in the laboratory synthesizing and purifying our clients’ compounds. Additionally, as an expert chemist, I expand the technologies at Edelris, testing new equipment and training my teammates. What I find the most convenient working at Edelris, is that I can organize my day to have a good work-life balance.
