Ph.D., Screening Technologies
Romain joined Edelris in 2023 as Manager of our Screening Technologies Unit. Prior to joining Edelris, Romain spent 5 years at Evotec where he was Project Leader in the high throughput screening department. He and his team developed and implemented innovative screening strategies for targeting challenging targets. He is familiar with multiple target classes, screening methodologies, and drug modalities.
He holds a Ph.D. in neurobiology from the University Grenoble Alpes in 2013. Afterwards, he spent 4 years as a postdoctoral associate at The Scripps Research Institute in San Diego, California. His academic research was dedicated to identifying early mechanisms responsible for neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.
