Ph.D., Chemical Libraries and Technologies
Hugues joined Edelris in 2013 as a Research Scientist. He has been involved in a large panel of organic chemistry and synthesis campaigns such as library development and production, DEL, µ-scale synthesis, and Medchem projects. In 2020, he was appointed Manager of the “Chemical Libraries and Technologies Unit”.
Prior to Edelris, Hugues worked at PriaXon AG where he contributed to the synthesis of MDM2/P53 inhibitors and generic drugs via multicomponent reactions.
Hugues holds a chemical engineer degree from CPE Lyon and a Ph.D. from the Université Paris Descartes, where he developed novel green extraction processes and chemical methodologies for the semi-syntheses of bio-sourced chiral building blocks.
